Lux Family Villas

You are made very welcome from the moment you arrived. The staff are very helpful especially Paul. The pool is a great place to relax after a day sightseeing. Food is great and very reasonable villas a spacious very clean and well equipt would stay again.

The staff were all very helpful and warm. Eventhough there was the communication barrier, they tried their best to accede to our requests. The villa was kept clean everyday. Everyday someone will come to clean our sheets and rooms. They would wait when we left the villa. Even if we left in the afternoon, they still cleaned the rooms. Truly impressive.

The staff here were very accommodating and friendly! The villas were extremely clean, the pool area was lovely and there were air mattresses provided which was a nice touch. There was a nice restaurant on the property and if you wanted to go anywhere else, a free shuttle was available from 8am to 10:30pm which was very convenient as the villas aren't within walking distance of the downtown Ao nang area.

Me and my partner stayed here with our 2 children un October, we were so pleased with the lovely villas and the staff were all great. They helped us plan trips out and other enquires we had. The free shuttle was excellent took us and picked us up from the beach. We ate breakfast a few times which was very nice and had dinner a couple times i loved the massaman curry i would definately recommend. We will be going back to Krabi in the future and will be using Lux Family Villas again.

Wir waren zu dritt in einer der kleinen Villen des Resorts. Das Team ist suuuuper nett, gibt sich viel Mühe und gibt Tipps, organisiert Fahrgelegenheit und Ausflüge. Auch ein Checkout morgens um 5 war problemlos möglich. Alle sind sehr freundlich, besonders der Besitzer kann sehr sehr gut Englisch. In den Bungalows gab es für jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad und alles war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag den Pool genutzt. Die Villen liegen etwas außerhalb von Ao Nang, es gibt allerdings ein kostenfreies Shuttle dort hin und gerade in unruhigen Zeiten oder für Familien die etwas Ruhe möchten ist es ein toller Ort. Отдыхали семьей с двумя маленькими детьми. В Краби были до этого 4 раза. Каждый раз останавливались в разных отелях. И это первый отель в который хочется вернуться. Удачное месторасположение . В стороне от шумных улиц. Трансфер работает четко. Меньше чем за 10 минут нас отвозили до моря и забирали обратно. Тишина, мотоциклов и машин не было слышно. Очень удобные кровати, можно выспаться и отдохнуть. Хочется отметить великолепное обслуживание - ни одна просьба не оставалась не удовлетворенной. Еда в ресторане вкусная и разнообразная, можно выбрать как тайскую, так и европейскую кухню, цены не высокие. Номера чистые, уборку и смену постелей и полотенец делают каждый день. Москитов и тараканов в номере замечено не было. Интернет - работал отлично, дети смотрели вечером мультики. Бассейн очень чистый и хлоркой не пахнет. Просторная детская зона в бассейне. Очень рекомендую для любителей комфортного отдыха!

The villa was a great place to stay on a family trip to Thailand. As others have said, it is not directly near by restaurants, bars, and shopping, but the shuttle service is incredibly convenient - everyone was very accommodating, bringing us downtown to Ao Nang multiple times, and to the airport on our last day. The villa was spotless and cleaned every day. We really appreciated the service here!
